 Simon is a Wales-based comic artist whose most recent work has been for the Marvel UK comics published by Panini. Although it wasn't known at the time (I'm writing this a few months after the convention) the decision was made by Disney to cease any UK-original stories and instead only reprint existing US Marvel work. Sadly, that means Simon, along with many other writers and artists that I know, have found themselves without an opportunity to create Marvel superhero comics in this country. Simon decided to draw skulls for his banner, something he rather enjoys doodling. (Cardiff International Comics Expo 2011)
