Paul is the artist for the Warren Ellis-written webcomic Freakangels, which I've been following for a few months but haven't got around to reading. I'd wanted to read a complete story so had been reluctant to take a dip so early in its development. However, it was a good thing Paul was at the convention as he was able to point out that it was an ongoing story so I had nothing to lose by reading it week by week as was intended! And I'm very glad I did so as it's an excellent story, all the more special because it pops into my Google Reader every week for free. The sketch isn't related to Freakangels but reflects Paul's Manga-esque style and has similarities to a number of the sketches of floating people available on his website. (Bristol International Comics Expo 2008)
