Nigel Parkinson
Nigel started at DC Thompson in 1982 drawing a number of characters for The Dandy, including Bea, Cuddles and Dimples, Owen Goal, and, later, Dennis the Menace.
 
Nigel currently draws Dennis the Menace and did me a quick sketch of the infamous terror.  Interestingly, Dennis' look has barely changed in nearly sixth years and probably never will while he remains the brand leader of the publication. (Bristol International Comics Expo 2008)
