My first sketch of the 2008 Birmingham convention. Thanks to Mike, Dylan and Patrick, I'd managed to get past the queues and get in as a professional (something I'll definitely have to sort out next time!) so the first table I visited was one of their friends, Jimmy. Like them, he's done some work for 2000AD (who hasn't?!) and this sketch is of one of the stories he's illustrated. I bought a copy of his recently published book Half Dead and should have bought one of his excellent prints as well! (Birmingham International Comic Show 2008)
