James was sketching and selling some of his work at the top of the small publishers room. He'd co-written and drawn a comic about a native warrior in a semi-prehistoric world who encounters the beautiful victim of a crash-landed spaceship. I really liked his rough pencil style that captured a lot of the energy in the story. (Birmingham International Comic Show 2008)
